Central Injection Agri is making a significant impact in the realm of rural contracting and large-scale farming through our commitment to providing advanced agricultural solutions. In this edition, we are excited to introduce a remarkable addition to our fleet of agricultural machinery—the third-generation HiSpec 1250 Muck Spreader. This new acquisition represents a leap forward in our slurry services, allowing us to offer enhanced muck spreading capabilities to our clients.

Acquired brand new, the HiSpec 1250 Muck Spreader builds on the successful legacy of the original 2016 Xcel 1250 model. While the original design was already well-regarded in the agricultural sector, the team at Hi Spec has worked diligently to tweak and enhance its features to meet the ever-evolving needs of modern farmers. One of the standout attributes of the newly redesigned XCEL 1250 is its patented and highly reliable chain flail and spinning disc spreading system. This innovative technology has been meticulously engineered to improve both the spread pattern and the adjustability of the machine.

What sets the XCEL spreader apart is its versatility in handling a variety of spreading materials, including farmyard manure, chicken manure, compost, and sludge cake. The chain flail design is a game-changer; it enables the machine to manage foreign objects found in manure, such as stones and cement blocks, with greater efficiency than traditional auger-type spreaders. This capability not only improves the operational longevity of the equipment but also enhances overall productivity on the farm.

The XCEL’s proficiency in achieving a consistently even spread pattern extends over 16 meters, and can actually reach beyond 20 meters with select materials. This uniform distribution of slurry is particularly beneficial for pastures in New Zealand. By ensuring that nutrients are evenly dispersed across the land, the XCEL helps to foster uniform growth of grass and other plants. The result is improved pasture quality and enhanced productivity, which are crucial for the success of any farming operation. Furthermore, an evenly spread pattern helps mitigate localized over-application of nutrients, thereby reducing the risk of nutrient runoff that can lead to water pollution. When farmers can efficiently utilize their resources, they not only enhance crop yields but also promote healthier and more sustainable agricultural practices.

At Central Injection Agri, our philosophy is rooted in the belief that strategic investments in technologically advanced machinery will lead to sustainable growth, both for our business and for our clients. We recognize that the agricultural landscape is continuously changing, and staying ahead of the curve is essential. As such, we are committed to enhancing our slurry management capabilities, which remain a pivotal aspect
