CIA Ltd is owner operated and a mobile agricultural contracting business, meaning that although we have a yard for our tractors and slurry equipment, most of our business is carried out over the phone, or face to face.
Not only are we contractors in Ashburton, we also cover Oxford – North Canterbury, throughout the Canterbury plains, foot hills and high country. Right through to South Canterbury and North Otago.
