The HiSpec Xcel 1250 Muck Spreader at Central Injection Agri

The HiSpec Xcel 1250 rear discharge spreader has established a strong reputation since it was introduced in 2004. Originally used on farms in Ireland and the UK, it has now expanded to new markets globally, including New Zealand and now at Central Injection Agri – South Canterbury.

As an agricultural contractor, Central Injection Agri has always admired the technology and sturdiness of all HiSpec machines,  having already purchased the previous model of HiSpec 1250 X-Cell, we are very impressed with its performance. However,  the new 3rd generation of the Xcel 1250, which was developed throughout 2016, incorporates numerous tweaks and improvements including the ability to use weight cells, which has a huge benefit to our business.

We also have the 3000 Gallon Hispec Vacum Slurry Tanker which has also shown itself to be a great performer.

The redesigned XCEL 1250 maintains the patented and proven chain flail and spinning disc spreading system. It has been refined to enhance both the spread pattern and adjustability making for far reaching dispersal of muck.

The spreading system is capable of handling various materials such as farmyard manure, chicken manure, compost, and sludgecake. The chain flails offer greater capacity to handle foreign objects in the manure, such as stones and cement blocks, compared to auger type machines.

 The XCEL provides a very even spread pattern, exceeding 16 meters and even reaching over 20 meters with certain materials
